Victor Osimhen, the forward for Galatasaray, has explained why he frequently visits Olusosun whenever he’s in Nigeria.
Olusosun, a community in Lagos State, played a significant role in shaping Osimhen’s character and life.
The 26-year-old describes it as a place of profound influence, where he learned vital life lessons. He visits there to express his gratitude.

Osimhen shared his personal story, revealing that he hails from a humble background. As the youngest of seven children, he lost his mother early and his father passed away in 2020. His childhood was marHe credited Olusosun with helping him become who he is today, emphasizing that the community taught him important lessons that guided him through life’s challenges.
Despite the difficulties, Osimhen sees his visits as an opportunity to inspire young people, showing them that success is possible even from tough beginnings.
“Olusosun shaped me into the person I am now. It’s an amazing place for me because I learned lessons that helped me on my journey.
