After years of hardwork, consistency and gaining spotlights, Congratulatory messages have finally poured in for Actress Genoveva Umeh after she emerged the winner for her role in the Popular Movie, ‘Breath of Life’.
The Beautiful thespian won the Best supporting Actress for Breath of life last night at the Just concluded AMVCA.
The Breath of Life Movie that she starred in bags 5 Awards at the AMVCA, beating some highly grossed movie like A tribe called Judah and others at the event.
In a clip making the rounds online captured the moments the Actress was called on stage to receive her awards, Genoveva penned a heartfelt speech at the event as she recounts on how she had once prophesy that she will give thanks to God one day over her career chase.
She recounted on the times when she had no air conditioner in her room and her bed was on the floor hoping that she would give thanks God one day.
In her words, she said;
‘’Some years ago, I said to myself that I’m gonna say that I’m blessed one day, not thinking that my bed was on the floor and I had no Air conditioner in my room’’.
The day has finally come last night as she won one of the most prestigious award for a young and talented actress at the event.
