A Nigerian lady has sparked buzz online after sharing the video of a church she attended recently, where the pastor was preaching to his congregation that Prophet Elijah and the widow in the bible were allegedly dating.

The unidentified lady expressed her dissatisfaction with the sermon she heard at a friend’s church as she vowed not to attend again.
According to the video posted online, the lady shared the moment a pastor was preaching in a church where he was giving an illustration of what happened between Prophet Elijah in the bible and a widow who gave him an accommodation.
In the video, The Pastor was alleging that Prophet Elijah in the bible was taking good care of the widow, and he was also taking advantage of her.
The Pastor emphasized that the widow has lost her husband, and she must have been sexually starved, and Prophet Elijah was there to her rescue.
In his context, He mentioned that the things that happened between Prophet Elijah and the widow was recorded in the bible, but only the wise one can understand the full story.
In his words, He said;
“The Book of 1kings Chapter 17 vs 8 to 12. He said they are not going to read that, but proceeded with his misleading sermon.
“You’re going to discover when there was famine Elijah was resting in a widow’s house. Did you know how many things that happened between them. The widow no get husband again and Elijah was there. Can you lock a cat with a fish to protect it? Elijah was a full grown up man and a woman was with a full grown up man, and a widow has stayed for a long time without having sex, and here come Elijah. I am telling you the truth that what happened between Elijah and the widow was not recorded”.
