Nigerian Popular Singer, Adekunle Gold, has disclosed why his marriage to his wife, Simi, became super successful in a new interview some hours ago.
The “AG Baby” crooner, in a recent interview with Is This SEAT taken Podcast, where he revealed the key factor that helps solidify the bond leading their marriage to a successful one.
According to the video posted online, Adekunle Gold was asked what being married has taught him about himself and his partner, Singer Simi, and at what level in their relationship helps them unlock.
Responding to the question, He said being friends with Simisola is the reason why their marriage is super successful, because they were friends, and genuinely like each other.
The Singer emphasizes why couples in their relationship days should prioritize liking each other because love takes work.
He highlighted the reason why most relationships or marriages failed, noting that they don’t really like each other.
Speaking on his marriage as a singer, he said, he noticed that Simi was actually talented and she’s very good, he watched her make music, she also mixed his viral song “Obimo”, adding that it inspires him to do more.
In his words, he said;
“Being friends with Simi is the reason why our relationship is successful. We are friends and we genuinely like each other. A lot of people get into relationships without liking their partner.”.
