Mr Akhonamathemba Mbhele known as Sweet Guluva wins the BBMzansi Season 5 Show, and takes home the R2M Grand prize.
The Big Brother Mzansi S5 Finale Show has begun few minutes ago, and the winner of the show has been announced by the host Smash Afrika.
At the live finale show, all ex-housemates turned up to celebrate with the winner of the show as the top 5 finalists left the house tonight.
After 72 days of intense drama, competition amongst 26 housemates with UMLILO everywhere. The BBMzansi S5 Show has come to an end as the winner of the show takes home the coveted R2M.
During the finale show, Big Brother celebrated the finalists for showing their strength against weakness and they kept moving forward as he noted that they were all winners.
He celebrated Jojo who was the two-time female head of the house, Uyanda as the passionate educator who is a fierce competitor, and the 3 times Lotto Star games winner who made his family and Grand mother proud of him.
Sweet Guluva was celebrated as the first head of house of the season and the 3 times lotto star, Nsuku from Limpopo whose journey began after she was picked by her fellow housemates, adding that she’s a gold. Fortunate Setwaba from Limpopo, Big Brother expressed confidence in her, while penning a note of appreciation to the Top 5 finalist
He added that they met on the show for a reason while noting that they should all cherish the memories and the friendship made during their 72days in the BBMzansi S5 House.
How the Top 5 finalist were evicted
The first housemate to be evicted from the BBMzansi house on the finale day is Jojo, while Nate Setwaba is the second to be evicted, Nsuku was evicted next as she becomes the 3rd runner-up for this season edition.
Sweet Guluva and Uyanda are the Top 2 housemates remaining as they will be saying goodbye to the Big brother mzansi house.
The Two reality stars have switched off the lights as they proceed to the live finale stage where one of them will be crowned the winner of the BBMzansi Season 5 Show.
After the Sweet Guluva and Uyanda came on the stage, The host of the show announced Sweet Guluva as the winner of the year edition as he walks away with the R2M Grand Prize.
