Popular Nigerian Singer and Songwriter, Ahmedu Augustine Obiabo better known as Blackface has revealed one reason he wouldn’t allow his daughter to marry someone like Singer Rema.
Blackface made this revelation public when he featured on Nedu podcast show, “The Honest and Bunch” some hours ago.
Speaking from his own point of view, Blackface said that the artistes of nowadays in Nigeria are not representing the country in a proper manner and by extension uses Rema as an example.
Using one of Rema’s hit song “Charm” as an example, Blackface tackles Rema over his lyric “I get money pass your papa.”
The singer wasn’t happy with Rema lyrics as he tagged the singer as lack of morals and home training.
He also slams Rema for the lyrics that read “Come here, wetin dey worry you?”
Blackface further noted that if his daughter brings home someone like Rema to his house, he will kick the two of them out.
