Nigerian Popular Singer, Slimcase in a viral video has spoken on his relationship with Grammy singer, Ibrahim Ayodeji Balogun popularly known as Wizkid.
The “Shaku shaku” crooner has revealed that his relationship with Wizkid is not as it used to be and it was all his fault and not him.
Slimcase speaks on his relationship with Wizkid
Speaking further during his Instagram live session with his fans and followers, Slimcase said that Wizkid didn’t cut him off.
According to him, he said,” I was close to ‘Wizkid’ when he was ‘wizkid’ but not when he is ‘Big Wiz’.
He noted that Wizkid has gotten to any level in his music career while stating that he was the one who fell off after he couldn’t match up with his standard musically.
In his words;
“I know Wizkid when he was Wizkid, but I am not close to him when he is Big Wiz. He has climbed high mountains, and I couldn’t catch up with him, so I fell off. He didn’t cut me off.”
Slimcase speaking about his closeness with the singer, said that in 2018, Wizkid promise to take him to the international level.
“In 2018 Wizkid tell me say, Slimcase you don hold street, but I wan carry you to the platform of the porch, he says street go easily accept you, no challenge but the challenge is can the porch, the fresh island, international accept you.”
