According to the video, the reality star placed a birthday cake in front of herself with the number 22 boldly written on it.
As soon as she blew out the fire, a hand appeared in the background, struck her in the head, took out the first birthday number, and replaced it with a 3. She then received her son, whom she welcomed sometime in October 2023.
