Grammy Award-winning Nigerian Singer, Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu, better known as Burna Boy, has disclosed how he converted from being a Christian to Islam in a new interview some hours ago.
The “Last Last” crooner, in a recent livestream interview with PlaqueBoymax, made a new revelation on why he switched from Christianity to Islam.
According to the video, Burna Boy noted that many are Christian because that’s what their parents believed in, and they are born into the settings.
He added that while growing up he was a Christian, but at some point in time he converted to islam religion.
Sharing his experience, Burna Boy said the more he tried to do research the more he got confused, and probably the reason why he finally converted to Islam.
In his words, He said;
“We are Christians because that is what our parents believed in, and we are born in to it. While growing up I was Christian, but I converted to islam”.
